The 'Integral Projects for Labor Insertion' program, run by the School of Social Economy in Linares, has yielded remarkable outcomes since its launch 18 months ago. With 60 participants enrolled, the initiative has facilitated job placements for 44 individuals, of which 33 are currently employed, demonstrating significant success in addressing local unemployment.

Funded by European Funds, the Ministry of Labor and Social Economy, and the Junta de Andalucía, the program emphasizes personalized training and skills development as crucial elements of its strategy. Participants not only received job orientation but also engaged in mutual support, fostering an environment conducive to collaboration and entrepreneurship.

Key achievements include the formation of 'Servilin,' a cooperative created by participants Ninibel Macías and Noria Zapata, which offers home care services.
